Ricoh's Caplio digital camera range incorporates leading technology that consolidates Ricoh's position as a leader in high speed, wide angle digital cameras.

The wide angle lens technology behind this range allows a 75 degrees viewing angle compared to just 62 degrees on conventional 35mm digital cameras. This means 20 percent more action can be captured in enclosed spaces.

Over and above this wide angle lens technology, the Caplio series have a fast shutter response time of .006 seconds and a world leading start up time of just 0.8 of a second.
